Solution
Inspired by the rich colors of Bavarian culture and traditional costumes, the identity centers around a unique mascot: a Bavarian lady in traditional dress with pretzel-shaped hair. Each flavor gets its own twist with different pretzel styles and colors in her hair, adding playful variety. Pretzel knots are also cleverly integrated into the typography, reinforcing the bakery’s handcrafted roots while giving the logo a distinctive, inviting character.
