1. Do you just design one logo?
Nope! Every package comes with a full logo suite — your main logo, alternates, and submarks — so your brand looks polished everywhere from Instagram to packaging.
2. How many revisions do I get?
Each branding package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at key stages. That way, we refine together until your brand feels spot-on (without endless back-and-forth).
3. Can you refresh my current branding instead of starting from scratch?
Yes! If you already have a brand but it feels a little dated or incomplete, I can refresh, expand, or refine it — whether that means updating your colour palette, tweaking typefaces, or adding fresh assets.
4. How long does branding usually take?
Most branding projects take around 4–6 weeks, depending on scope and feedback rounds. If you’re on a tighter timeline, let me know and we’ll see what’s possible.
5. What’s included in your branding packages?
All packages include essentials like a logo suite, colour palette, typography, and brand guidelines. You can also add à la carte extras (like packaging, print design, or social templates) if you need more.
6. What’s your process like?
We’ll start with a discovery call to get clear on your vision. Then I’ll present concepts, we’ll refine through feedback, and I’ll deliver your full brand package ready to roll out. Simple, collaborative, and stress-free.
7. Who owns the designs when we’re done?
Once payment is complete, the final brand files are all yours to use across your business.
8. Do you do anything beyond branding?
Yes — I also offer custom illustrations and wedding/event stationery by request, but branding is my main focus.
