Project timelines vary depending on the scope, but large-scale branding projects usually take 4-6 weeks. Illustrations and stationery can be quicker, typically 2-4 weeks.

4. What is your pricing structure?

Pricing varies depending on the type and complexity of your project. I offer standard packages for branding, which can be tailored to suit your specific needs. For custom illustration and event stationery, I provide personalised quotes after our initial consultation to ensure everything aligns with your vision and budget.

5. How many revisions do you offer?

I include up to 3 rounds of revisions per asset, delivered at key milestones in the project. During each round, I’ll send multiple elements for review - for example, logo concepts, illustration drafts, or stationery layouts - so we can keep everything moving forward together.

6. Can you help with printing and delivery of stationery?

Yes! I offer assistance coordinating with printers and can recommend trusted vendors. Shipping is usually handled by the printer or can be arranged separately.

7. Who owns the rights to the designs and illustrations?

Once the project is complete and payment is settled, you receive rights to use the final designs for your agreed-upon purpose (e.g., branding, stationery, personal use). Full commercial rights can be arranged for an additional fee, just let me know during our consultation so we can include it in your quote.

8. How can I prepare before we start working together?

Bringing inspiration helps us start strong! I recommend creating a Pinterest board or a visual collection that reflects your style - think colours, fonts, patterns, logos, or anything that feels aligned with your brand or event vibe.
