ETCH (Elevate Training, Coaching & Hypnosis) supports both institutions and individuals through tailored guidance in education, personal development, and transformation. From training schools on topics like AI and neurodiversity to offering one-on-one coaching and hypnotherapy, ETCH helps people and systems grow with clarity and intention. The brand needed to feel calm, human-centred, and modern. The guiding idea? You, but elevated.

Solution
The identity uses clean lines and calm tones, with thoughtful nods to both man and machine. At the centre is a visual of the mind - featuring the letter "E" encircled by fine lines that echo both fingerprint patterns and motherboard pathways, symbolising identity, complexity, and connection. A palette of pea green, motherboard green, and soft neutrals brings a sense of clarity and freshness, while a custom pattern of varying circles reinforces the themes of mapping, growth, and neurodiverse thinking.
